#5 Lucha Bros
Most of the tag teams on this list shot to fame as a tag team, but the duo of Pentagon Jr. and Fenix came onto our screens as solo stars in Lucha Underground, but it's safe to say they've found their niche together. While the desire to see them have a singles run together will one day be satiated, they do incredible work together with their differing styles, as seen by their amazing series of matches with The Young Bucks in 2019.

Due to travel issues and other tag teams arriving in AEW, the spotlight hasn't shone as brightly on them as of late. But with their Eddie Kingston partnership growing, hopefully it leads to bigger and better things for the masked luchadors.
They have faced much criticism over the lucha style they employ (and not making tags), but they've improved vastly in recent times, and if they can get a true mouthpiece with Eddie Kingston, they may be the duo to dethrone FTR at the top of AEW's tag team division.
