In the darkest episode of the Firefly Fun House to this point, the May 6 installment saw a cantankerous Mercy the Buzzard completely devour Rambling Rabbit.
While this appeared to be the demise of Rambling Rabbit, the puppet has since made multiple appearances inside the Firefly Fun House, including a cameo in the most recent episode where Rambling Rabbit was seen brandishing a "Help!" sign before being hidden by Wyatt.
The episode also featured an array of bored children, which quickly became a theme in the Firefly Fun House. Mercy the Buzzard's namesake appears to be an ode to Waylon Mercy, who was an inspiration to Bray Wyatt's original cult leader persona. Mercy was the first semblance of the Firefly Fun House, as the original teaser video showed him ominously popping out of a box inside a dark room.
