#5 Finn Balor (Intercontinental Champion)
Finn Balor's first Intercontinental Championship reign was a massive disappointment. This time around, it has gone on to a pretty hot start. He won the title in the penultimate match at WrestleMania, summoning his face paint to vanquish a scary contact-wearing Bobby Lashley.

Balor defended the title in a nice little match against the returning Sami Zayn. Now, it remains to be seen just what is in store for the former NXT Champion. Will his reign be reminiscent of other mid-card title reigns starting at previous WrestleManias?

Seth Rollins had a magnificent IC title reign after winning it at last year's Show of Shows, defending the belt left, right and centre. If Balor can follow suit, on either Raw or Smackdown, he could have a similarly eventful reign. He might not even have the Lashley-shaped boulder in front of him anymore, as well. After this start, the next few months are crucial for Finn Balor and his Intercontinental Championship.
