#2 Seth Rollins (WWE Universal Champion)
For the first time in more than two years, aside from Roman Reigns' two months as champion, the Universal Championship will be on Raw every week. It is now time to showcase a belt that has been missing for so long.
WWE could book more Universal title matches from now till SummerSlam than they did in the previous two years. Seth Rollins was the perfect choice to beat Brock Lesnar for the title and he did it in stunning fashion. The opening to this year's WrestleMania was one of the best in history.

Seth Rollins was the Intercontinental Champion at this time last year, beginning an excellent reign littered with title matches throughout. If he does the same with the big red belt, it's going to be a great few months.
It remains to be seen just who will be Rollins's top challengers, with the Superstar Shakeup next week, but it sure is nice to see a full-time Universal Champion. This could be the reign that defines this belt, after all the injuries, bad booking and part-time laziness.
Hopefully, this beats his first WWE Championship reign, which also began at the expense of Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania.
