#3 Daniel Bryan

As the current WWE Champion, there’s no doubting that Daniel Bryan has been in fantastic form as of late. Having been retired for just over two years, it was a pleasure to see him dominating back in the ring in 2018.
He got his very own memorable WrestleMania moment when he and Shane McMahon won an entertaining bout over Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens at Wrestlemania 34. Moreover, he set a fantastic record in the Greatest Royal Rumble, lasting a whopping 76 minutes, 14 more than Rey Mysterio’s previous record.
Undoubtedly his most impressive recent highlight was taking AJ Styles’ crown and becoming WWE Champion. He definitely faced some adversity in getting this title, having lost to Styles previously in the latter's epic reign.
His end of 2018 matches with both Brock Lesnar and AJ Styles were truly special and show the potential he still has in the WWE. A bit more longevity at the top and he definitely climbs these rankings.
