One of the most interesting cash in's is of Kane's during the first ever Money in the Bank PPV. This is simply for historical reasons as it was the first cash in that occurred on the very night that Kane won the briefcase.
In many ways, this move by Kane comes to define the PPV as a vital component of WWE's yearly calendar.
On this night Kane's powerful statement turned what was a tepid match between Swagger and Mysterio into a memorable moment. More importantly, it launched the last world championship run for the demon and a winning feud with Undertaker.
Yet it's definitely not the best cash in the history of the PPV. That goes to another gem later in this list. In a year of three Money in the Bank matches and three cash in's, this one while the least relevant became the most exciting. Kudos to Kane!
