#1 Alexa Bliss
Unless there are plans to do some wild multi-woman match this year at WrestleMania, there's absolutely no reason to take the title off Alexa Bliss in favor of putting it on any of the alternatives.
Bliss has proven herself to be the premier talent as far as the women's division characters goes, even if she isn't the best in-ring performer of the bunch, because she commands a presence with her mic skills that far outshines not just her female peers, but many of her male counterparts, too.
The current Raw women's champion has a built-in storyline with Nia Jax due to their friendship, has been ducking Asuka ever since she debuted on the main roster and has held this title long enough that WrestleMania would be the perfect time to lose it and transition over to a new champion—something that would feel odd to see happen at Elimination Chamber instead, particularly if the belt then changes so quickly after that in New Orleans right afterward.
Bliss has the advantage of potentially being able to enter the match at the very end, or at least being scrappy enough to avoid taking too much damage while other people are focused on each other, since she's a crafty heel who will look for ways to cheat or get any advantage.
It's much simpler to keep the title where it is than to try to make too many changes on the Road to WrestleMania, especially considering when the current champion is someone so over with the crowd that she deserves that spot on the biggest show of the year.
