The Big Show goes from babyface to heel to babyface to heel in a matter of days, and this time, we saw him assume a heel role because it fits the situation in the best possible manner. Let's just say that Paul Heyman hasn't spent as much time on his character as he has done with others like Becky Lynch and/or Seth Rollins.

And while you could say that The Big Show was himself, and not really a heel, in this case, only a bad guy would slap the WWE Champion to get a title match.
