#4. Apollo Crews returns to RAW to defend the United States Championship

United States Champion Apollo Crews has been on a roll since moving to Monday Night RAW. He seems to have found that spark in him that we've been waiting to see and it culminated quickly for him as he won the United States Championship from Andrade.
He was scheduled to defend the title against MVP, who had introduced a new US title design on RAW a couple of weeks before the Extreme Rules PPV. Apollo Crews was quietly removed from Extreme Rules and while WWE seemed to try and cover it up, the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that he had tested positive for COVID-19.

While there were some contradictory rumors as well, the fact that he's back on RAW 15 days after Extreme Rules is quite telling - since a two-week quarantine is what's normally enough to recover from COVID-19.
Either way, we're not sure if we're going to see a title change. MVP has the advantage with Shelton Benjamin and Bobby Lashley by his side, but Cedric Alexander and Ricochet could still make their presence known.
