RAW Preview: Huge WrestleMania 36 rematch, Former Champion to retire after main event? (13th July, 2020)

#1. Will Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre have a final standoff?

A final confrontation?

Dolph Ziggler has been playing mind games with Drew McIntyre. Last week on RAW, he brought back the recently-released Heath Slater to WWE for a one-off appearance. Slater, who was a former 3MB member alongside Drew McIntyre, was defeated in seconds, proving the true difference in motivation and talent between the two.

Regardless, McIntyre didn't seem to hold much against his former teammate and his focus was on Dolph Ziggler instead. We had a wholesome moment on RAW where McIntyre and Slater relived a 3MB moment, even if it was just for a few seconds.

This week on RAW, Dolph Ziggler will be out to try and play more mind games with the WWE Champion Drew McIntyre. It's not unfair to assume that McIntyre is the overwhelming favorite for their Extreme Rules match.

Many have gone out of their way to rule out Dolph Ziggler completely, but we still expect the veteran to give Drew McIntyre a good match. McIntyre's matches on PPV since winning the title have been against Seth Rollins and Bobby Lashley - both of whom are considered higher in the pecking order in WWE.
