Welcome to this week's edition of RAW Preview. We're a few days removed from what was undoubtedly the craziest, most happening week in WWE since WrestleMania 40.
Although the build-up to Money in the Bank will only end up being 3 weeks, WWE is making sure that every single moment counts. This week will once again focus on that build-up, with a fallout from a lot of crazy events that unfolded in the past week alone.
So join us as we tell you what you need to look forward to on what should be an epic episode of Monday Night RAW tonight:
#6. Drew McIntyre to break his silence following shocking SmackDown moment?
Drew McIntyre appeared on WWE RAW last week following the controversial finish to Clash at the Castle: Scotland - where CM Punk appeared as a referee and directly cost McIntyre a moment in front of his home country crowd.
Lost for words, McIntyre simply said "Sc**w this company. I quit" and walked away. Backstage, he had a moment with Triple H where he called him out for praising CM Punk in the post-Clash at the Castle media scrum.
After deactivating his social media, nobody knew what was next. Nobody except the Scotsman. On SmackDown, CM Punk appeared in his hometown of Chicago, only for McIntyre to finally get a measure of revenge. Backstage, he beat Punk to a bloody pulp and carried his body to the entrance ramp where he laid him down in front of his hometown crowd.
McIntyre also shoved SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis, which means that he now has issues with three major authority figures, namely Triple H, Adam Pearce, and Nick Aldis. It looks like he may return tonight to break his silence on his seemingly cold and calculated approach.
#5. Bron Breakker faces Ludwig Kaiser on RAW
Bron Breakker has been on a roll and after his bitterness over being excluded in the King of the Ring tournament caused him to go on a rampage, he is now targeting championship gold.
He confronted Sami Zayn, but Sheamus and Ludwig Kaiser would come out to continue their rivalry. Amidst the chaos, Breakker speared Kaiser in one of the more amazing camera angles that we've seen on WWE television.
This week, Ludwig Kaiser looks to get revenge on Bron Breakker, while the 2-time NXT Champion will look to snap him in half. Will Sami Zayn and Sheamus' involvement lead to a Fatal-Four-Way Intercontinental Championship clash at Money in the Bank?
#4. Money in the Bank Qualifier - Kairi Sane vs. Lyra Valkyria vs. Shayna Baszler
So far, IYO SKY from RAW and Chelsea Green from SmackDown have qualified for the Women's Money in the Bank ladder match - with four more spots pending in the match.
One of those will be taken by the winner of the Triple Threat match tonight when Kairi Sane of Damage CTRL takes on Shayna Baszler and hot young upstart Lyra Valkyria.
Lyra Valkyria, along with Jey Uso, were the first two WWE stars to declare their intention of winning the Money in the Bank briefcase, and RAW tonight presents a huge opportunity for the Irish star to take her next major career step.
#3. Money in the Bank qualifier - Braun Strowman vs. Chad Gable vs. "Big" Bronson Reed
It was presumed that Chad Gable would be out of action and replaced after the shocking attack by Uncle Howdy and the Wyatt Sicks last week on WWE RAW. Chad Gable has been suffering back-to-back defeats and regularly falling out with The Alpha Academy.
With the tides finally turning on him as Otis stood up to his bully, Gable declared that he would win the Money in the Bank ladder match.
That seemed to be out of the question when he looked like he had taken a bullet to the head. However, RAW General Manager Adam Pearce announced on social media that Gable was somehow cleared.
Either way, he will have to go through major adversity in the form of two former opponents - Braun Strowman and "Big" Bronson Reed.
#2. Damian Priest and Seth Rollins look to build momentum for Money in the Bank
Damian Priest's run as World Heavyweight Champion has already exceeded many fans' expectations as he closes in on the 3-month mark. However, that could be cut short by his next opponent - the inaugural World Heavyweight Champion, Seth Rollins.
Last week, RAW opened with Seth Rollins' return after two-and-a-half months away, and while he presumed he would need to win the Money in the Bank ladder match for the second time in his career, Damian Priest had other ideas.
Proving to be a fighting champion, Damian Priest laid out a challenge to Seth Rollins for Money in the Bank 2024, and the match is now official. Who will get the psychological upper hand as the two top stars get ready for a blockbuster title match?
#1. The fallout of Uncle Howdy and the Wyatt Sicks
The Wyatt Sicks was all the talk of the WWE Universe and wrestling world when they took over Monday Night RAW last week in the last few minutes of the show.
We all knew it was coming, but nobody expected how things would play out. In a shocking scene, we saw Nikki Cross come out, and then the camera panned backstage, where we saw various versions of Firefly Fun House characters come to life. The Gorilla position and backstage area was an absolute carnage and Uncle Howdy's arrival marked a seismic shift in how things are going to run on RAW.
It's going to be interesting to see what the fallout of it all is and how they continue to make their impact on Monday Night RAW.
