The 24/7 Championship has taken all sorts of new twists and turns, but last week's twist was perhaps the biggest of them all - and we've seen the title change hands in a golf course, inside a hotel room, over the ocean and more, but a pregnant woman becoming champion certainly didn't seem like it would be in the realm of possibility - until last week.

After their "Mosh pit" intergender tag team match, R-Truth was pinned by Mike Kanellis, who became 24/7 Champion in the process. His wife Maria asked him to lie down for her and she now flaunts the title knowing that no man will touch a pregnant woman.

Drake Maverick, on the other hand, has other ideas. He has openly stated his intention to pin her and we believe that he will pin her to win the 24/7 title in shocking fashion.
