With Michelle congratulating Kelly on her historic win, the latter eventually spotted Melina who apparently was telling Naomi about how she got her license. This prompted Kelly to ask the former Women's Champion about what license she had meant, as Melina revealed her referee t-shirt.

Michelle immediately attacked Kelly Kelly and pinned her to win the 24/7 Championship, with Melina acting as the ref. The former Women's Champion would further mock Kelly by mimicking her signature pose.

Much like Gerald Brisco, Pat Patterson, and Kelly Kelly, Candice Michelle also suffered the same fate, as she was quickly ambushed by another former Women's Champion in the form of Alundra Blayze.
Blayze got hold of Michelle in a rear-naked choke, as the latter eventually tapped out, crowning Blayze as the new 24/7 Champion and the first one to win the title via submission.
