#2. This sets up Liv Morgan's next feud

Sonya Deville has been an interesting authority figure since being reintroduced to the roster back on January 1st. Initially it looked like she'd be the antagonist to Adam Pearce. However, Deville soon began to work side-by-side with Pearce, even throwing out ideas that have impressed him in recent months.

Deville, however, did seem to be against Liv Morgan's inclusion into the Money in the Bank ladder match this year. After Liv Morgan defeated Carmella, Sonya Deville added every women's Money in the Bank winner to the match. She would also add a returning Zelina Vega to the bout without proving herself. When Liv Morgan beat her, she still wasn't awarded a spot.

On the most recent episode of SmackDown, Deville revealed that Carmella would be challenging Bianca Belair for the SmackDown Women's Championship on July 16th. Furious, Liv came down to the ring to tell off both women, again campaigning for a spot in the Money in the Bank match. Deville revealed that she was replacing Carmella with Morgan in that match.

However, she threatened to take the spot away from Liv if she didn't leave the ring. Liv took a little bit of time to do so, taunting Carmella before walking away. With Liv Morgan constantly disagreeing with Sonya Deville and being outright disobedient, maybe Deville will decide to get involved on Sunday.

Deville and Morgan would have a great feud with one another, and it could kick start with Deville costing Morgan the Money in the Bank contract.

#1. Sonya Deville should win the Money in the Bank briefcase

During the first half of the pandemic era, one of the more interesting storylines WWE had involved Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose. Fans had gotten behind the former friends as major competitors, and were wildly invested in the story, whether Otis was involved or not.

Sonya Deville was on the breakout run of her career before a horrible incident featuring a stalker forced Deville away from TV for several months. It's been almost a year since her final match. The last time she competed was against Mandy Rose in a Loser Leaves Town match at SummerSlam.

Eleven months out, it's time to bring Deville back in and set her on the right path. She played the self-righteous heel to perfection, as she had some genuinely great points when it came to Mandy and herself.

If she's ready, it's time to bring Sonya Deville back to the ring and shoot her to the top of the division where she belongs.
