WWE Superstars Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest brought their mixed tag team, The Terror Twins, back to life to defeat Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio. Following their Bash in Berlin victory against the on-screen heel couple, Ripley and Priest separated to focus on their singles careers.
Mami has now finally won back the Women’s World Championship at RAW’s Netflix premiere. While Rhea stated 'This ended tonight' about her rivalry with Morgan at the post-RAW press conference, it may not be Mami's choice. Morgan could have a say and may chase the title again. Liv and Dom may not let things go smoothly for Ripley yet. Interestingly, The Eradicator could deal with the two by reforming the Terror Twins once again. But, instead of The Punisher, she could team up with The Undertaker.
Moments after Rhea Ripley dethroned Liv Morgan on Monday night, the Intuit Dome arena in Los Angeles was engulfed with the unmistakable sound of the bell from The Undertaker’s entrance theme. This was followed by the track changing to The Phenom’s American Badass theme, and the legend arriving in the arena on a bike.
This avatar of The Undertaker easily blended with the Eradicator’s gothic look. Moreover, he also celebrated Ripley’s win by having a word with her on the ramp and both of them raised their fists in the air with their backs to the crowd.
While this could be a one-time celebration done on RAW’s Netflix debut, WWE could also use this to pair Rhea Ripley with The Deadman against Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio. The company could use this setup to give the fans another iconic chapter in the Morgan-Mami feud while also protecting The Eradicator’s title reign. While this is a possible direction the storyline can take, all of this is speculation so far.
Rhea Ripley may be forced to defend her title in a Triple Threat
WWE Superstar Becky Lynch has reportedly signed a new deal with the company and could soon make her way back. The Man fought her last match against Liv Morgan in May 2024 in an attempt to regain the Women's World Championship after being dethroned by the latter.
When she comes back to the Stamford-based promotion, Becky Lynch would want another shot at the title and may now face Rhea Ripley since the title has changed hands. Notably, the Irishwoman had clashed with Mami at WrestleMania XL in a losing effort after earning her chance by winning the Elimination Chamber.
But, Liv Morgan would also want her re-match against The Eradicator. This could force Mami to defend her title in a Triple Threat match against two of her toughest opponents so far. Thus, she would risk getting dethroned without getting pinned once again.
It would be interesting to see what lies ahead for Ripley’s second run as the Women’s World Champion.
