#4 Roman Reigns vs Pete Dunne
The Bruiserweight Pete Dunne has enjoyed quite the meteoric rise during his time with NXT, in a way very similar to how Roman Reigns rose through WWE.
Much like Roman Reigns has done with the Universal title, Dunne reigned supreme as the NXT UK Champion in a dominant and destructive run.
They both share similarities as brawlers who like to batter their opponents before taking the W, and share the same chip on their shoulder that has driven them to success.
Should Roman Reigns invite anyone to the Island of Relevancy, maybe Pete Dunne will answer the call. Until then, at least, we can eagerly await to see Pete Dunne's right hand man Ridge Holland take on Roman Reigns on SmackDown.
#3 Roman Reigns vs Bron Breakker
Bron Breakker is a legitimate hot prospect in NXT 2.0, and more than likely the first homegrown face of the developmental vision of NXT 2.0.
Roman Reigns, like Bron, was also selected to be the face of WWE after his run as the raging bull of The Shield.
Roman Reigns was hotshotted into the WWE Championship picture in a similar way to Bron Breakker.
The main event push is a device used by WWE to test the waters with them in the title picture, and see whether they are ready to carry the burden and work the expected level of a main eventer.
It is indicative that WWE sees both Bron Breakker and Roman Reigns in a similar light, as if they can legitimately sit on the WWE throne and represent the brand as the face of the company.
Reigns is an example of the formula played out, and Bron Breakker can be the next of his type.
A battle between the two would be an athletic and devastating contest pitting two of those cut from the same cloth against one another.
