#Difference: Heelish tendencies
If you take a closer look at all the members of Anoi'i family who have had successful runs in the WWE, you will realize that all of them have been great heels. While The Rock debuted as a babyface, the constant fan criticism meant that he eventually turned on the fans and became a heel. As The Rock, he constantly belittled the crowd and hurled insults at them. This cocky and brash attitude made fans gravitate towards him and his eventual face turn became all the more fruitful.
Roman Reigns' story is the exact opposite. He debuted as a heel with The Shield and while the stable did turn face by attacking The Authority before breaking up in 2014, Reigns didn't have a successful run as a true babyface.
Instead of embracing the hate, Reigns has been constantly been pushed down our throats as a lovable babyface who can do no wrong while his attitude and look is that of a cocky and arrogant heel.
Fans have been asking for a Reigns heel turn for ages but somehow the WWE just doesn't seem interested and is adamant in presenting the Florida native as a face to a point where the fans hijack his matches or they just don't react to him.
The mantra of him neither being a good or a bad guy but the guy has fallen flat as the company has been going through some of its toughest times with the big dog at the top of its food chain.
One just hopes that WWE wakes up from this slumber and does something drastic with Reigns before it's too late as time is ticking away. Without it, Roman Reigns will always be the second best in his family when he has all the tools of becoming the greatest performer to have ever come out of the Anoi'i family.
