WWE Friday Night SmackDown has become a Bloodline-driven show. This includes both characters involved with The Bloodline saga and those who are real-life members of the family.

The most obvious examples are Roman Reigns, Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, and the ongoing Bloodline story. Beyond that, the company paid tribute to the late great Afa Anoa'i following his passing, and Nia Jax was featured in the opening segment and again later in the show. Another real-life Bloodline member who appeared on SmackDown was Naomi.

The wife of Jimmy Uso took on Blair Davenport in the former's hometown of Orlando, Florida. In a move that shocked fans and Naomi herself, Blair actually won their match.

Now that Naomi has lost, fans are both upset, but also curious as to what is next for The Queen of Glow. This article will take a look at a handful of directions her career on the blue brand may take following the stunning defeat on SmackDown.

Below are four directions for Naomi following her shocking loss on WWE SmackDown.

#4. She could challenge Blair Davenport to a Street Fight

As noted, Naomi went one-on-one with Blair Davenport on Friday Night SmackDown. The two had been having issues almost since the day Blair was called up to the blue brand via the 2024 WWE Draft.

In a move that surprised many, Blair hit a vicious stomp and a knee lift to The Queen of Glow, which ultimately gave the former NXT UK star the victory. Despite the win, however, things aren't likely to be over between the two. The animosity they share runs deep.

As a result, Naomi's next move could be to up the ante. The Queen of Glow could challenge Blair to a Street Fight. This would allow things to get even more physical and, in theory, give Naomi another shot at shutting Davenport up once and for all.

#3. Naomi could finally be acknowledged by Roman Reigns for The Bloodline Civil War

Naomi being part of The Bloodline is something fans know if they pay attention to WWE stars' personal lives or watched Total Divas.

The fact that Naomi and Jimmy Uso are married is never brought up on WWE TV. Roman Reigns in particular has yet to acknowledge Naomi and her role in the family. This, however, could change in the near future.

Roman is on his own and battling Solo Sikoa's version of The Bloodline. It may be time for The Head of the Table to form a group of his own to counter the heel faction. Reigns' new stable may include The Queen of Glow and Jimmy Uso. This could be Naomi's direction moving forward, which could be huge for her career.

#2. She could Freebird Rules the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles if The Big Three win them back

The WWE Women's Tag Team Titles are the only set of tag belts in the company dedicated to female stars. The current champions are The Unholy Union Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre.

While there are numerous teams gunning for the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions, Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair are their biggest threat. The two were the previous champions and they want to win their belts back. They could do so soon but with an interesting twist.

Jade, Bianca, and Naomi make up The Big Three, one of the most loved groups in the company today. Instead of Bianca and Jade potentially holding the gold again, the trio could use the Freebird Rule with the titles if they capture them.

This means that all three are recognized champions and any two can defend the belts at any given time. This could be a big move for Naomi, as it would keep her involved with top stars in the division while also adding another belt to her impressive resume.

#1. Naomi could become the first-ever Women's United States Champion

The main roster has three titles dedicated to the women's division. RAW has the Women's World Championship, SmackDown has the WWE Women's Championship, and both brands share the Women's Tag Team Titles.

There is a lot of speculation and hope from WWE fans that the company will soon introduce mid-card titles for the Women's Division on both RAW and SmackDown. RAW would likely get the Women's Intercontinental Title, while SmackDown would have the Women's United States Championship.

As a member of the blue brand, Naomi's next direction could be to become the first-ever Women's US Champion. This would be an impressive addition to her resume and give her a chance to battle a wide variety of opponents on a near-weekly basis. Naomi would also give the title instant credibility, making it a win for everybody involved.
