Rumor has it that Roman Reigns could make his much-awaited return around WWE SummerSlam. As fans are aware, the once Enforcer of The Bloodline has risen through the ranks in The Tribal Chief's absence, proclaiming himself the leader of the stable.
Solo has added three new members, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu to The Bloodline, and is rumored to recruit Tama's half-brother Hikuleo to the stable very soon. If so, that would make The Enforcer's version of The Bloodline nearly invincible.
Roman Reigns wouldn't be able to fight alone against such a formidable faction. Hence, The former Big Dog must join forces with his Shield brother, Seth Rollins, and three other members, Sami Zayn and The Usos for the following reasons:

Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns are former partners
As fans are surely aware, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns share quite a bit of history between them. The duo, along with Dean Ambrose, were part of the formidable and dominant faction, The Shield, during the early stages of their career.
While Dean is currently performing in AEW, and his potential return to WWE seems highly unlikely, Roman must extend an olive branch to Seth, leading to a partial Shield reunion. Seth, with his caliber and vast experience, could prove to be Roman's biggest weapon against Solo Sikoa's Bloodline.
Moreover, a partial Shield reunion would not only generate a lot of buzz among the WWE Universe but it would also be beneficial to WWE from a commercial viewpoint.
The Usos have unfinished business with The Bloodline
Following his loss against Jey Uso at WrestleMania, Jimmy Uso was kicked out of The Bloodline by Solo Sikoa. The big Uce has been off WWE TV since then.
However, given his humiliation and the brutal beatdown at the hands of Solo, Jimmy has a score to settle with The Bloodline. Since Roman needs men to neutralize The Bloodline's numbers advantage, it won't be a bad idea to add Jimmy to his ranks.
Meanwhile, much like Jimmy, Jey also has unfinished business with The Bloodline. The former Right Hand Man of Roman Reigns quit The Bloodline last year due to The Tribal Chief's atrocities back then.
However, things have changed drastically now. With Reigns expected to return as a babyface, he must mend fences with his cousin, getting him onboard for The Bloodline civil war saga.
Sami Zayn could be another good addition to Roman Reigns' faction
Sami Zayn, the former Honorary Uce, was a vital cog in Roman Reigns' Bloodline. However, things turned sour between the current Intercontinental Champion and The Tribal Chief last year, leading to Sami betraying the then Bloodline leader.
However, with a dominant and ruthless Bloodline at his neck, Roman needs to squash his differences with Sami. The former Big Dog must mend fences with the RAW Superstar, adding him to his ranks for the impending civil war.
Sami's caliber, courage, and never-say-die attitude are exactly what Roman needs to demolish a ruthless Bloodline that seems more dominant than ever before.
