Roman Reigns wasn't present for the latest episode of WWE SmackDown, but the other members of The Bloodline were. Paul Heyman, who was trying to "fix" the Fatal Four-Way that Nick Aldis booked for Royal Rumble 2024, failed to get the job done as Reigns had instructed.
Instead of being able to convince Aldis to change the match, The Wiseman ended up with a three-on two Handicap Match for The Bloodline, with Jey Uso and Solo Sikoa facing AJ Styles, Randy Orton, and LA Knight. This did not end well for The Bloodline since The Enforcer was sent smashing through the announcers' table.
The Tribal Chief is scheduled to return for next week's SmackDown. He might come to the blue show being rather unhappy with Paul Heyman. Not only did Heyman not fix the Royal Rumble match, but he also failed to secure a third partner in Reigns' absence. The Wiseman tried to convince Carlito to team with The Bloodline, but he wasn't interested in helping.
A former WWE writer just went after JBL for his comments HERE
The Bloodline possibly could have avoided the beat down had Solo Sikoa and Jey Uso been able to work the match with a third partner. Given the losses The Bloodline has been handed in recent times, Roman Reigns can unload his frustration on Paul Heyman for not being able to secure The Bloodline's dominance with whatever means necessary. After all, he is The Wiseman!
Vince Russo has a reason why The Rock will lose to Roman Reigns
The Rock returned at WWE Day 1 and called out the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion for 'The Head of the Table.' If The Brahma Bull vs. The Tribal Chief moves forward, there's no saying who will walk away with the victory given the legacy both men carry.
Vince Russo believes that The Rock will lay down only with the consideration that The Tribal Chief is family.
"I think what plays into count is I think it would be a very different story if Roman Reigns was not family... Rock may be looking at it the other way around, what it does for Roman. I mean Roman beating him bro, really, like now that really solidifies Roman Reigns. Bro if this was just another you know, main eventer on the card? I think it might be a little different."
Currently, The Tribal Chief is not scheduled for Elimination Chamber 2024. It remains to be seen how things pan out on the Road to WrestleMania.
