Roman Reigns is one of the most popular WWE stars of all time. He has been a top guy in the promotion ever since joining as a member of The Shield. His biggest run has been in the 2020s, as he had a near-four year world title reign.
Now, The Tribal Chief is a massively popular babyface feuding with The Bloodline, the very group he started. He was recently assaulted by the group in violent fashion and hasn't been seen since. Now, he may return just in time for WWE's SmackDown season premiere and debut on the USA Network, but there may be a shocking swerve involving Solo Sikoa.
In a move that would leave fans in absolute disbelief, The Tribal Chief could return and interrupt the impending Steel Cage Match with Solo Sikoa and Cody Rhodes. Instead of attacking Solo, however, he may actually help Sikoa win the match.

This wouldn't be due to any kind of reunion between the two Samoan stars, however. Instead, Roman Reigns could help Solo Sikoa defeat Cody Rhodes so that Sikoa is the new Undisputed WWE Champion.
Roman is crafty and does what it takes to be on top. He knows Cody has defeated him once and arguably should have the other time they clashed. If Reigns believes he can beat Sikoa more easily than Cody, he may want the belt on Solo so that Roman can once again be on top.
Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa could then fight at WWE Bad Blood or Crown Jewel
Roman Reigns planning to get the Undisputed WWE Title onto Solo Sikoa would certainly be controversial, but it would pay off quickly if the two clash sooner rather than later. Thankfully for The Tribal Chief, there are two upcoming events that could host the two fighting over gold.
The nearest event that could host a match of the magnitude of Solo Sikoa vs. Roman Reigns is Bad Blood. It will air on October 5, 2024, live from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.
The next main roster Premium Live Event immediately following Bad Blood will be Crown Jewel 2024. The big show will take place on Saturday, November 2, and it will be held at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Either of those two big-time shows could host Roman Reigns vs. Solo Sikoa for the Undisputed WWE Title. Of course, this all depends on whether Reigns will help the self-proclaimed Tribal Chief dethrone The American Nightmare on SmackDown next week.
