Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins have been missing from WWE television since after WrestleMania XL. And now with the current situation, there is a possibility of the two returning on the same night.
In the main event of Night Two of WrestleMania 40, Roman Reigns was defeated by Cody Rhodes to become the Undisputed WWE Champion, with Rollins making a cameo appearance. However, the two former Shield members haven't returned to the company yet, and fans patiently await their arrival. While the viewers might not expect it, there is a possibility they could return on the same night.
WWE SummerSlam in August will be the perfect opportunity to bring back the two superstars. This year's edition is slated to be one of its greatest ever, as the company expands the premium live event to a two-night spectacle starting in 2026. To make fans want more, the promotion will try to feature multiple returns to thrill the fan base.

Something similar happened at WWE Survivor Series: Wargames last year when Randy Orton and CM Punk returned on the same night. This occurrence made Survivor Series 2023 one of the most talked-about editions in history, and something similar could happen again at The Biggest Party of the Summer.
The company has continued The Bloodline Saga in Roman Reigns' absence but hasn't stopped mentioning him as the original Tribal Chief. There's no doubt he will return to reclaim his throne soon. Seth Rollins, on the other hand, is recovering from a knee injury and might require more time to heal. However, he doesn't necessarily have to expose himself to risky spots, and just his appearance will be enough to create a buzz within the WWE Universe.
Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins are destined to fight forever in WWE
The story of Rollins and Reigns goes a long way. The two made their main roster debut as members of The Shield alongside Dean Ambrose (Jon Moxley in AEW). The two have had differences ever since The Architect betrayed his brothers to join The Authority.
The feud was revisited several times, including a triple-threat feud involving Dean Ambrose in 2016. In 2022, the two battled for the Universal Championship at the Royal Rumble where Roman Reigns disqualified himself by hitting Seth Rollins with a chair.
At WrestleMania 40, The Visionary became Cody Rhodes' 'shield' as The Tribal Chief hit him with a chair instead of Cody, which ultimately led to the end of his 1,316-day title reign. There is a high possibility of the two going against each other again when they're back where they belong.
