The WWE Universe is still reeling from Roman Reigns' emphatic return at SummerSlam. The 39-year-old shocked everybody as he rocked up to Cleveland Browns Stadium sporting an Original Tribal Chief t-shirt. If that wasn't enough of a surprise, he also helped Cody Rhodes defeat his cousin and former Enforcer, Solo Sikoa. Now, in what would be a major swerve, Reigns could team up with The American Nightmare at Bash in Berlin.
Now, seeing Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes working together seems nothing short of unimaginable. After all, the two have been at each other's throats for the last two years. But, given they now have a common enemy in Solo Sikoa, they might just let bygones be bygones and partner up on August 31, 2024. It certainly would catch The Street Champion off guard.
Taking a look at the chances, one might say that it is a possibility. Solo Sikoa will want revenge on Roman Reigns for costing him at The Biggest Party of The Summer. With no allies to lean on right now in SmackDown, it wouldn't be all that surprising to see Cody Rhodes step up and offer the OTC some aid. This could lead to an interesting clash at Bash in Berlin that would see Rhodes and Reigns take on Sikoa and Tama Tonga.

Considering Solo cannot rely on either Jacob Fatu or Tonga Loa, as they are both seemingly injured, he will have to team up with his "Right-hand Man" for this one. But, at this point, this is all just speculation, and we'll just have to wait and see how things unfold in the coming weeks.
Brandi Rhodes sent Roman Reigns a message after he 'helped' Cody Rhodes
To say the ending of SummerSlam was unexpected would be an understatement. Yes, Roman Reigns' return had been rumored for months leading up to the event. But, what many did not expect was for him to target only Solo Sikoa.
After all, considering Cody Rhodes beat him for the title at WrestleMania 40, one would assume Reigns would wreak havoc on anyone and everyone in the squared circle on the night.
But, as we all know, Reigns stuck to dealing with just The Street Champion and even seemed to show Rhodes a sign of respect once the match was over. Well, this in turn has earned him the respect of The American Nightmare's wife, in a way. Following the match, Brandi Rhodes sent a message on X/Twitter which was clearly meant for the Original Tribal Chief. She jokingly claimed that he wasn't invited to Thanksgiving yet, but a seat remains open.
Whether or not he will take that seat remains to be seen. As Brandi Rhodes stated, it's still too early to tell. Nevertheless, it will be interesting to see if Roman and Cody enter into an alliance.
