Since low-blows have been used against AJ Styles a few times in the past, especially by Shinsuke Nakamura and then even Daniel Bryan, such a stipulation can help him even the odds out.

As mentioned earlier, Vince has been trying to unleash the beast within Styles, and it can be easily done through this method. Both Bryan and Styles are experienced and they can use the stipulation to their advantage to sell a very unique match.
