The Fiend and Randy Orton were the only two WWE Superstars in the ring when Bray Wyatt's alter-ego was set alight.
Fans of Harry Potter will remember that the night Voldemort was killed, he had to jump into the only living thing that was in the room: Harry Potter himself.

Potter then became a Horcrux that Voldemort never intended to make. This should have changed his personality, but instead, it changed the personality of many people who came into contact with the wizard throughout his life.

Randy Orton has been different since defeating The Fiend. It appears that he's come off worse than any of the stars who have lost to the entity and it could be because he has part of The Fiend inside him.
The spells that Alexa Bliss has been casting could be to try and get The Fiend back out of Orton's body, which is why he's been vomiting black substances. Perhaps The Fiend will finally be able to escape at Fastlane.
