Monday's WWE RAW featured fallout from Money in the Bank and the build to what may be the biggest SummerSlam in history. The red brand has seemingly heated up in anticipation of the upcoming Netflix debut, and now a very telling reaction has surfaced from backstage on a recent controversial moment.

Bron Breakker has been billed as the most dominant RAW Superstar as of late. Officials have reportedly made considerable changes to creative plans for the second generation grappler as they want to make him a major focus going into the Netflix era. Bron's age, speed, look, and pedigree have reportedly impressed many higher-ups. Pat McAfee seems to be another significant part of the current RAW product.

WWE has had to deal with recent censorship issues from FOX and the USA Network. This week's RAW featured a viral moment where McAfee referred to Breakker as a "brick s***house" while he was working over Ilja Dragunov, which came after a beatdown on Sami Zayn. A new report from Fightful Select noted that the line led to a few chuckles backstage at the Gorilla position.

One person standing backstage mentioned how they "can't wait for Netflix," in reference to how there was hope that the streaming giant will allow the company to get away with more non-PG content. There was reportedly no heat on McAfee for the line though.

WWE recently signed a 10-year deal with Netflix, worth $500 million per year. The streaming giant will premiere WWE's flagship TV show in January 2025.

Possible WWE SummerSlam title match in the works

The recent Money in the Bank Premium Live Event saw Bron Breakker suffer his first official main roster loss. The former NXT Champion came up short against Sami Zayn with the Intercontinental Championship on the line.

Breakker has continued to chase the Intercontinental Championship, with Ilja Dragunov now involved as well. Rick Steiner's son warned that he's coming for The Great Liberator's title on this week's RAW. He also took out Zayn, who was helped by Dragunov. Zayn later saved The Mad Dragon from a brutal assault.

Monday's RAW angles led to strong fan speculation on WWE potentially booking a Triple Threat for The Biggest Party of the Summer, with Zayn defending against Breakker and Dragunov. The idea was criticized by many, including Vince Russo.

Breakker has faced Dragunov twice on WWE RAW since his call-up. He defeated the Russian grappler on June 10, but then lost via DQ this week. Zayn and Dragunov have never shared the ring so far.
