A new update on potential plans for Seth Rollins at SummerSlam 2024 has come to the fore. The Visionary appears without a clear direction heading into The Biggest Party of the Summer, thanks to CM Punk.
In an attempt to stop Drew McIntyre from successfully cashing in his Money in the Bank contract, CM Punk accidentally cost Seth Rollins a chance at reclaiming the World Heavyweight Title.
On RAW after Money in the Bank, Rollins confronted Punk for sticking his nose in his business and threatened to snap the latter's arm and put him back on the sidelines.
Recent reports have suggested that Seth Rollins will undergo a character change, which will see him turn heel for the first time since 2022. PWInsider has learned that The Visionary will be inserted into the CM Punk-Drew McIntyre feud ahead of SummerSlam. However, there's no word on whether WWE will book a Triple-Threat Match for The Biggest Party of the Summer.
Meanwhile, The Scottish Warrior is set to make his return to Monday Night RAW next week. The Scotsman was suspended after elbowing Adam Pearce following Money in the Bank. As per CM Punk's request, Adam Pearce agreed to lift Drew McIntyre's suspension. It will be interesting to see what goes down on the next episode of RAW.
