The Bloodline has dominated WWE since officially forming in July 2021, but before that, the Samoans of pro wrestling and The Anoa'i Family have held court at the top of the industry. Now another multi-time champion and generational star has signed with the company.
Solo Sikoa is currently leading The Bloodline on SmackDown after taking control of the group, following WrestleMania XL when Roman Reigns left on a hiatus. The faction currently features Solo, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu. There have been rumors of new Bloodline members being added to the group, and word now is that Hikuleo is finally coming to World Wrestling Entertainment.
The Tongan Giant has had interest from WWE since at least January 2023, but he ended up re-signing with NJPW for a year. The rumor mill picked up when the 33-year-old finished up with NJPW in early June when his contract expired. Fightful Select now reports that Hikuleo has officially joined the company.

Backstage sources confirmed the signing this week, which was widely expected after Tonga and Loa joined the Stamford-based promotion. However, no other details of his contract with the company have been revealed yet, as of this writing.

New WWE name for Hikuleo revealed?
Hikuleo has reportedly joined World Wrestling Entertainment after months of rumors and speculation. The former NJPW star is expected to join his brothers in The Bloodline on SmackDown.
WWE recently filed to trademark the name, 'Talla Tonga.' While not confirmed, it's believed that this will be the new ring name for Hikuleo on SmackDown. The 6-foot-8 grappler's real-life middle name is Taula, and the name change would follow a similar direction the company went with one of his brothers.
Hikuleo has not wrestled since he and El Phantasmo dropped the NJPW Strong Openweight Tag Team Championship on June 9 at Dominion. It remains to be seen if he will debut before SummerSlam and how he will be immersed into The Bloodline Saga.
