Late WWE Superstar Bray Wyatt's real-life Brother Bo Dallas is currently portraying the character of Uncle Howdy on Monday Night RAW. However, according to a recent report, there were instances when the former NXT Champion did not portray the character appearing on television.

The 34-year-old was released from WWE in April 2021 after being with the wrestling promotion for thirteen years. He made his return to the company in December 2022, helping Bray Wyatt in his feuds against LA Knight and Bobby Lashley. Ahead of his potential WrestleMania match against The All Mighty, The Eater of Worlds had to be taken off television due to illness, resulting in Bo Dallas also having to sit out.

In an unfortunate turn of events, Bray Wyatt passed away in August 2023. Bo Dallas, however, returned to WWE television as Uncle Howdy earlier this year on the RAW following Clash at the Castle. A few weeks later, the former 24/7 Champion mentioned that the members of The Wyatt Sicks had come together to form a faction to carry Bray Wyatt's legacy forward.

According to a recent report from Fightful Select, Bo Dallas was originally set to portray Uncle Howdy on television. However, before Bray Wyatt's untimely passing, there were instances where WWE used a stand-in to take Bo's place as Uncle Howdy.

Former WWE Universal Champion explains why he will never join Uncle Howdy and his faction

Former WWE Universal Champion Braun Strowman made his main roster debut as a member of The Wyatt Family. Many fans expected Strowman to align himself with Uncle Howdy. However, The Monster of All Monsters has claimed he will never join The Wyatt Sicks.

During a recent appearance on The Ringer, however, Strowman pointed out that he has been trying to stay away from the mysterious group while referring to them as terrifying. Braun added that he feared The Wyatt SIcks could bring out the monster he has been hiding inside for so long:

"They’re fu**ing terrifying. There’s no other way to put it. I’ve said this a couple of times in interviews. I’m purposely trying to stay as far away as I can right now because that part of me I work really hard to put away. There’s a monster instead of this monster, and I feel him rattle his cage because there’s something about them that I can feel myself wanting to be pulled. I’m fighting it. I don’t want to go there. I don’t want to let him back out. If they’re able to pull it back out of me, I fear for myself. I fear for anything that’s around me. I’m not a good person when it comes out, and I’m very good at doing bad things to people," Braun Strowman said.

Braun Strowman is currently involved in a heated rivalry with Bronson Reed. With the two heavyweights going after one another each week, it will be interesting to see if WWE announces a match between them for Bad Blood.
