WWE Superstar Damian Priest has been an integral part of the red brand since aligning himself with former World Champion Edge (aka Adam Copeland) to form The Judgment Day. Following his impressive run as a part of the heel faction, The Archer of Infamy recently made it to the sixth spot on the latest PWI top 500 list.
The 42-year-old was kicked out of The Judgment Day earlier this year as Finn Balor cost him the World Heavyweight Championship against Gunther at WWE SummerSlam. Priest got his revenge on his former tag team partner at Bad Blood when he defeated the latter in a singles match. However, he lost to his former stablemate, Dominik Mysterio, last week on RAW.
Despite suffering an upset loss due to interference from The Judgment Day members, Damian Priest took out his former teammates after the contest ended. According to the latest episode of WrestleVotes Radio on Sportskeeda’s Backstage Pass Patreon, the wrestling promotion plans to make some changes to strengthen Priest's character. Additionally, there have been discussions regarding him paying homage to his Puerto Rican culture with the 'Vejigante mask', which he wore during his entrance at WrestleMania XL.
“We’ll start with Damian Priest as we left off with him Monday Night RAW wise, we’re told that there are talks to strengthen the Damian Priest character in regards to merchandising and appearance. WWE has discussed Priests paying homage to his Puerto Rican culture with him embracing the vejigante mask. Apologies if that’s not pronounced, right. However, that was the research that led to the pronunciation of the vejigante mask. If you recall, Priest has done this mask once before WrestleMania 40 when he came out with Finn Balor for the tag team match. So we’re told WWE is strongly considering making this part of his character and really turning up his baby face persona.”

Damian Priest confirms split with Rhea Ripley following WWE Bad Blood
Like Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley was also ousted from The Judgment Day following The Biggest Party of the Summer. Although the two got their revenge at Bash in Berlin, The Terror Twins have decided to part ways.
During WWE Bad Blood's post-show press conference, Priest claimed he had a great time working with The Eradicator, but it was time for the two to focus on their respective divisions and follow their own paths. He expressed his love for Ripley and referred to her as his best friend in the world.
"While it was fun as far as doing it with your friends and whatnot, at the same time, there is something to, 'Alright, now I'm here, let's see what I can do on my own.' I love Rhea! That's my best friend in the world. Obviously, she's in the women's division. I'm in the men's division. Although we're friends, we have to follow our own path," Priest said.

WWE recently revealed that Rhea Ripley suffered a fractured orbital bone after she was brutally attacked by Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez in the parking lot at the latest edition of NXT. It remains to be seen when the former Women's World Champion will make her return to the squared circle.
