Brock Lesnar has been away from WWE programming for over a year. While stars often return during the WrestleMania season, that looks unlikely for the Beast Incarnate as a recent report has shed some light on his status.
Lesnar was last seen in action at SummerSlam 2023 where he lost to Cody Rhodes in what was their third match. While he was reportedly slated to return at Royal Rumble earlier this year, the plans were nixed after he was seemingly alluded to a lawsuit involving Vince McMahon.
Dr. Chris Featherstone provided an update on Lesnar's situation, noting that the belief within the company is that the Beast Incarnate won't be returning to WWE programming anytime soon, disappointing fans who have been eager to watch him in action.
"I have been informed that there's been no internal conversations regarding Brock Lesnar coming back to WWE, and the belief is that he will not be returning any time in the foreseeable future," Dr. Chris reported.

Veteran believes Brock Lesnar will return to WWE soon
With Royal Rumble not so far away, fans have been speculating about who could surprise us at WWE's upcoming premium live event.
Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's UnSkripted, veteran wrestling journalist Bill Apter also shared his thoughts on the situation, noting that he sees the Beast Incarnate making his return at Royal Rumble 2025.
"Brock Lesnar gonna be there? I think he, I think Brock's gonna be the surprise. Just have a feeling. Nobody's told me anything, I just have a feeling," he said.

Fans have been salivating at the thoughts of the Beast Incarnate facing Gunther ever since the two had a face-off at Royal Rumble 2023. While the dream match looked likely to happen this year at WrestleMania, things changed when Brock was seemingly alluded to in Janel Grant's lawsuit against Vince McMahon.
Lesnar was recently spotted in a new look. With the former Universal Champion in the twilight phase of his career, many would hope that he gets cleared for return so they can see him stand across the ring from The Ring General and many other notable names before the 47-year-old finally calls it a day.
