A 69-year-old legend of the wrestling business recently made a massive return to WWE after several months. However, a recent report provides a disappointing update on any future appearances by the veteran.

Eric Bischoff made his presence felt on the December 3, 2024 installment of NXT. The former RAW General Manager served as a mediator for an in-ring confrontation between champion Trick Williams and challenger Ridge Holland. Easy E hyped both superstars ahead of their title match at the Deadline Premium Live Event on December 7. However, the situation escalated when Williams and Holland exchanged blows, leading to a brawl. Bischoff watched the chaos unfold from the corner.

Taking to his X (fka Twitter) account Sportskeeda Wrestling's Dr. Chris Featherstone reported that Eric Bischoff's appearance on NXT was a one-time occurrence and that he was not scheduled for any future appearances.

"Eric Bischoff's NXT appearance was a one-off, and he is currently not scheduled for any upcoming WWE appearances, I have been informed," Dr. Chris Featherstone wrote.

You can check out his tweet below:

Fans will have to wait and see when the 69-year-old legend will return to the Stamford-based promotion again.
