WWE has loaded tonight's episode of RAW with huge stars, as it is the red brand's premiere on Netflix. The Rock, John Cena, and many others will be there, not to mention the ridiculously stacked roster of full-time stars at the company's disposal.
However, that doesn't mean the next few weeks have been ignored. Monday RAW will remain a priority, especially as the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania come closer. Another WWE legend might be returning to the company before the end of the month, potentially to build towards his final match.
According to the Wrestling Observer's Dave Meltzer in a subscriber-exclusive, via Cultaholic, Goldberg will appear on the January 27th episode of RAW. It is set to take place in Atlanta, Georgia, where he is billed from. It is also where the WWE Hall of Famer's career began.
Aside from playing for the Atlanta Falcons in the NFL, Goldberg also became one of WCW's biggest homegrown stars in Georgia. The former Universal Champion also recently appeared at the Bad Blood premium live event, where he nearly got into a brawl with Gunther after getting interrupted by the World Heavyweight Champion.
Goldberg has since announced that he will wrestle one final WWE match in 2025. It isn't known when it is or who he is facing, but his upcoming appearance at the end of January could answer some questions. He may very well be The Ring General's next challenger for the World Heavyweight Title, potentially at the Royal Rumble premium live event on February 1st.
