It has been recently reported that this week's episode of WWE SmackDown was one of the biggest shows after this year's WrestleMania 40. The reason, according to many in the know, might be none other than Jacob Fatu's arrival.
On this week's episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Solo Sikoa was scheduled to face the Undisputed WWE Champion, Cody Rhodes in a singles bout. This match was supposedly a 'No-Interference' bout. However, soon after the initial moments, the other Bloodline members, Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa, wasted no time and showed up to attack The American Nightmare. The match thus ended via disqualification, making Rhodes the winner. Shortly afterwards, Kevin Owens and Randy Orton joined the brawl as they came in to save Rhodes.
Although both The Viper and Owens were able to take out Tonga, Loa and even Sikoa, a new member joined the fray in a shocking appearance. This was the first look the WWE Universe got of Jacob Fatu and The Samoan Werewolf took down Owens on the steel steps and Speared Orton through the barricades.
Fatu's arrival in the heel stable made the fans cheer with excitement as they started speculating see how things might unfold in the near future. According to some reports from Fightful, this week's SmackDown stands to be one of the biggest shows after WrestleMania 40.

WWE Superstar CM Punk was brutally injured on SmackDown
This week's SmackDown was an insane rollercoaster ride for the fans as they went on from watching helplessly as CM Punk was being severely attacked by Drew McIntyre to witnessing Jacob Fatu's arrival to the company.
The show started with Punk addressing his hometown crowd as he received a rapturous reception. He went on to taunt his arch-rival Drew McIntyre for quitting his WWE career so soon. Paul Heyman then appeared and asked Punk to leave the ring as The Bloodline were out to attack him. Punk didn't believe The Wiseman and made fun of the Tongans as well as Solo Sikoa, calling them 'fake Usos.' The Bloodline then showed up and seemed set to attack Punk, before Cody Rhodes came out for the save. Cody then challenged Sikoa for a bout later the same night.
As SmackDown went on, the crowd heard someone getting beaten up outside the arena and it was then seen that Punk was lying in a bloody mess, and The Scottish Warriors' fists' were bloodied. The brutality continued as McIntyre attacked Punk with a big slam on the ramp after he carried Punk's limp body to the arena. After interference from WWE officials and SmackDown GM Nick Aldis, the situation was brought under control and Punk was carried out from the arena on a stretcher onto an ambulance.
It is yet to be seen how far Drew McIntyre would go in his thirst for revenge from CM Punk.
