Logan Paul will reportedly compete with a current WWE champion at WrestleMania 41. The Maverick has not wrestled a match for over five months.
The 29-year-old made an appearance at the WWE RAW on Netflix Kickoff to announce his move from SmackDown to the red brand. Paul talked about his reign as the United States Champion while putting the World Heavyweight Champion Gunther on notice.
According to PWInsider Elite, the Stamford-based company's creative team has been pushing for The Ring General to face Logan Paul at this year's edition of The Showcase of The Immortals. The wrestling promotion could go ahead with the contest, considering Gunther is currently not feuding with anyone. His last match was on December 14, where he defended his title against Damian Priest and Finn Balor at WWE Saturday Night's Main Event.

On the other hand, the social media star's last in-ring appearance saw him lose the United States Championship to LA Knight at WWE SummerSlam. Despite holding the gold for 273 days, it was only his third title defense. He had won the championship by defeating Rey Mysterio at the 2023 Crown Jewel Premium Live Event.
Gunther issues a warning to fellow WWE Superstar Logan Paul
Moments after Logan Paul's appearance at the WWE RAW on Netflix Kickoff, World Heavyweight Champion Gunther also showed up at the event.
Initially, the Imperium leader praised Logan and referred to him as the jack of all trades. However, the 37-year-old further noted that if The Maverick ever made his way to a championship match against him, he would find pleasure in slapping the smirk off Logan's face:
"He is obviously a very talented man athletically, but also in the entertainment world. He is the jack of all trades as they say. But I don't believe [the] World Heavyweight Champion is one of them. That being said, I think my English is pretty good. So, I'm going to make it even simpler. If Logan Paul thinks he can walk in here and take this [the title] away from me, if he ever makes it to the top of that line to challenge me for the World Heavyweight Championship, it will be my duty and my pleasure to slap the stupid smirk off of his face," he said.
