Major update on former WWE star JoJo Offerman's AEW status - Reports

There has been an update on the status of former WWE star JoJo Offerman following her recent appearance for All Elite Wrestling. The veteran was in a relationship with Bray Wyatt at the time of his passing in 2023, and the couple had two children together.

JoJo Offerman served as the ring announcer for the January 4, 2025, episode of AEW Collision for a dark match that took place before the show. In a new report from Fightful Select, it was revealed that she is expected to do more in All Elite Wrestling moving forward.

The report did not specify a role for Offerman or when she would be appearing again for the promotion.

Offerman left World Wrestling Entertainment in 2021 and spent several years away from wrestling until her appearance on AEW Collision this past weekend. In the last few years, Samantha Irvin served as WWE's ring announcer but surprisingly left the company last year and has been replaced by Lilian Garcia.

JoJo Offerman reacts to Bray Wyatt tribute on WWE SmackDown

Former WWE ring announcer JoJo Offerman recently reacted to a tribute to Bray Wyatt on SmackDown.

Bray Wyatt and Brodie Lee (Luke Harper) were both members of The Wyatt Family, who tragically passed away too soon. Wyatt and Lee's children were present on a recent edition of SmackDown and got into the ring with Jey Uso, Braun Strowman, and Sami Zayn after the show went off the air to do the "YEET!" chant with the audience.

Offerman reacted to the moment and noted that Wyatt's kids loved the opportunity to get in the ring and felt their father's presence as well.

"Thank you @adamscherr99 @uceyjucey @samizayn for making the kids night! Knash loved getting in the ring and Hyrie loved. watching from her seat. And thank you to many more of the superstars that showed my babies love (and hate *laughing emoji*) throughout the night. They loved every second of it and felt their daddy's presence for sure!" she wrote.

Justin Roberts currently serves as All Elite Wrestling's primary ring announcer. Only time will tell what the company has planned for JoJo Offerman and what her role will be in the promotion in the future.
