A new report has suggested why Triple H and WWE's creative team have not booked the tag team of Angel and Humberto in a more prominent role.
Both superstars have more than 24 years of combined experience in the wrestling business. However, they haven't been able to reach their fullest potential in WWE.
Speaking on the Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer discussed why company higher-ups are not putting them on weekly shows.
"They're low on the pecking order, and I think that's pretty much it. They're there, but they just don't do anything with them, and they're talented guys too. WWE's got a lot of talented guys, and some of them are. It's always going to be a case where some of them just aren't used." [H/T Wrestling News]

Angel and Humberto's last televised tag team match took place on the January 20, 2023, episode of Friday Night SmackDown, where they lost quickly against the duo of Ashante Adonis and Top Dolla of Hit Row.
Former WWE writer on Triple H's RAW appearance
Last night on RAW, The King of Kings returned to fans' screens as he looked to implore an injured Cody Rhodes not to face Brock Lesnar at Night of Champions on Saturday.
During the latest edition of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW, former WWE head writer Vince Russo gave his thoughts on Triple H's interaction with Rhodes.
"Bro, the best line of the entire show was Triple H looking at Cody's arm and saying, 'I could tell that arm is broken just by looking at it.' Bro, it didn't look any different. Really Trips? What, you got x-ray vision now? That arm looked perfectly fine to me, Chris." [5:09 - 5:32]
On May 27, Cody Rhodes will again face off against The Beast at Night of Champions amid what has become an extremely personal feud between the two.
