Rhea Ripley's recent appearances on WWE's Holiday Tour have caused quite a storm, especially among those hoping for an alliance between her, Bianca Belair, and Naomi. However, it is now being reported that these appearances are not a part of a storyline.
During the Holiday Tour, The Eradicator made a couple of appearances in Florida on the SmackDown side. This sparked much speculation regarding her future in WWE, with many wondering if she could be heading to the blue brand.
On both her appearances, one in Orlando and the other in Miami, she teamed up with the Women's Tag Team Champions, Bianca Belair and Naomi. However, according to Fightful Select, this was not part of any potential storyline WWE was trying to test.
It is believed that Rhea Ripley wrestled on these Florida shows to spend time with her family, who had traveled to that side of the United States for a visit and a holiday.
A former WWE writer just went after JBL for his comments HERE
It would have been interesting to see the three women team up and perhaps form their faction. But while that may not be on the cards right now, things could change further down the line.
Rhea Ripley will be focused on her current storyline with Liv Morgan
As of this writing, no potential alliances will be in Rhea Ripley's mind. She is focused on one thing and one thing only: Liv Morgan. The Eradicator has been chasing the 30-year-old and her title for quite a while now and will get her hands on her soon.
Come January 6, 2025, on RAW on Netflix, Ripley will challenge Morgan for the Women's World Championship. They are now set to complete a trilogy, in what could be the end of their long and heated rivalry. It's a huge match, that WWE rightfully scheduled for the red brand's streaming platform debut.
It will be interesting to see who comes out on top and, more importantly, what the future holds for Rhea. It is safe to say that the entire WWE Universe will be tuning in to see the outcome of this match.
