A former WWE star has been fighting a legal battle for some time. She was initially charged with an offense last year and is currently facing her pre-trial. As the legal proceedings move forward, there is a new development in Kimber Lee's case.
The 34-year-old is facing her pre-trial hearing at the Highlands County Court in Florida for a Driving under the influence (DUI) case. According to a report from PWInsider, the court was to take her case on October 23, 2024, but the date has now been moved to November 6, 2024. Moreover, since she has filed for an appearance waiver, her attorney will be attending the hearing in her stead.
The former WWE star was detained on November 5, 2023, on the charges of DUI along with violence and battery on an on-duty law enforcement officer. She was arrested in Sebring, Florida, under these charges and has pleaded not guilty to all the charges so far. Along with her right to appear, she has also waived her right to a speedy trial.

While the 34-year-old is currently fighting a legal battle, she could have probably been fighting a battle for her life. Moreover, the officer who apprehended her last November reported that she had almost gotten into a vicious collision.
When former WWE star Kimber Lee almost ran into an accident
According to Officer P. J. Roberts, Kimber Lee's car had resulted in the choking of the US 27 highway in Florida on November 5, 2023. He noted that the car, a gray Kia Soul, was facing the opposite direction of the oncoming traffic. When he approached the former WWE star by making a U-turn, she tried to get away.
In this process, she made a sharp turn that almost smashed her with the guard rails installed on the highway. Officer Roberts tailed the car till it stopped in a parking space of a shopping center. When he approached the window and had a look at the 34-year-old, the former reported that the latter had watery and bloodshot eyes along with slurry speech.
Additionally, he highlighted that she could not make sense of what he was saying and had to repeat why he pulled her over several times. Officer Roberts also reported that Lee tried to leave her vehicle while being asked to stay put to get her laundry from a laundromat.
Now, the next hearing in the case will be held on November 6, 2024, exactly a day after Lee's arrest last year.
