There might be trouble in paradise for the former Women's Tag Team Champions Billie Kay and Peyton Royce as the duo may be heading for a split following events on RAW this week. The IIconics lost their match against the current Women's Tag Team Champions Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross due to Royce getting them disqualified.

In a backstage segment, Peyton Royce admitted her mistake but her partner Billie Kay slapped her in the face instead. While speaking to Metro.co.uk, former NXT Women's Champion Rhea Ripley talked about what she feels the future should hold for the IIconics:

I really don’t ever want to see them split up, even though I know that they could do great things by themselves – I don’t wanna see that! I think that they’re fantastic together and they’re just hilarious. Man, they’re just so Aussie when they’re in the ring, it brings joy to me. It’s legit, it makes me so happy – and we need that.”

Rhea Ripley is probably not alone in wanting Royce and Kay to mend their friendship and continue performing as a tag team.
