WWE reportedly has already found their replacement for the departing ring announcer, Samantha Irvin. The 35-year-old surprisingly announced that she would be moving on from the company earlier today on social media.
Samantha Irvin took to Instagram earlier today to share that she would be leaving the company as its ring announcer. She joined the promotion in 2021 and has become quite popular among wrestling fans over the past few years. It was reported earlier today that Lilian Garcia was spotted backstage ahead of tonight's RAW, and now WRKD Wrestling is reporting that the veteran will be returning to the company on a full-time basis as an announcer.
Garcia appeared earlier this year on the red brand to serve as announcer alongside Samantha Irvin. Ricochet is engaged to Irvin in real life and departed from WWE a few months ago. He has since signed with All Elite Wrestling with Irvin also rumored to join him.

Lilian Garcia shares emotional backstage conversation she had with Samantha Irvin during WWE return
Lilian Garcia recently revealed she had an emotional conversation with Samantha Irvin during her return to WWE RAW earlier this year.
Speaking with Steve Fall of Ten Count Media, Garcia revealed that she was happy to speak with Irvin during her appearance on RAW. She noted that she gave the younger star some advice on what she could do to improve her skills as a ring announcer.
"I remember she asked me some questions then and so I filled her in on a couple of things as to what I do. I'm always very willing to help people because I know what it felt like for Howard [Finkel] to do that, for Tony Chimel to do that, and I just love helping others," Garcia said. [0:53 onward]
