Several major SmackDown stars backstage for tonight's WWE RAW - Reports 

Several major WWE Superstars from SmackDown have reportedly been spotted backstage for the upcoming edition of RAW. Tonight's episode of the red brand will air live from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

According to a new report from Mike Johnson of PW Insider, several big names from SmackDown are backstage for tonight's episode of RAW. Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, The Bloodline's Solo Sikoa, WWE Women's Champion Nia Jax, and Bayley have reportedly been spotted backstage ahead of tonight's show.

SmackDown stars Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton appeared on last Monday's edition of RAW. Stratton teamed up with Rhea Ripley in the main event to battle Women's World Champion Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez in a tag team match.

Nia Jax interfered in the match and attacked the Women's World Champion. Stratton was almost able to cash in, but Dominik Mysterio pulled Liv Morgan out of the ring at the last moment to prevent a potentially shocking title change.

Bill Apter believes WWE legend will cost Gunther at Crown Jewel

Legendary wrestling journalist Bill Apter recently predicted that Goldberg would cost World Heavyweight Champion Gunther at WWE Crown Jewel.

Triple H unveiled the Crown Jewel Championships earlier this month at Bad Blood. RAW Superstar Gunther will be facing SmackDown's Cody Rhodes for the new title at the premium live event in Saudi Arabia on November 2. Gunther and Golderg had a confrontation at Bad Blood, and Bill Apter recently suggested that it could lead to something major at the upcoming PLE.

Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's The Wrestling Time Machine podcast, Apter predicted that Goldberg would get involved in the Crown Jewel Championship match next month. He noted that The Ring General insulted the legend in front of his family, and Da Man could get revenge by attacking the World Heavyweight Champion during his bout against Cody Rhodes next month.

"Gunther insulted Goldberg in front of his family. So I think what's gonna happen at Crown Jewel is Gunther against Cody and Gunther is gonna get speared somehow by Goldberg and that's gonna cost him the match. That's what I think is gonna happen," he said. [1:33 onwards]

Cody Rhodes has eliminated Gunther in the past two Men's Royal Rumble Matches. It will be interesting to see if The American Nightmare makes an appearance during tonight's episode of WWE RAW.
