WWE has one of the best fanbases in the entertainment industry considering the energetic participation from the crowd on RAW, SmackDown, NXT, and premium live events. However, a fan recently crossed the line.
While most fans are respectful of WWE Superstars and even tend to get inspired by them to achieve their goals, some of them can pull off embarrassing acts with on-screen talent. There have been incidents when fans inappropriately touched or even attacked wrestlers. Something along the same lines happened ahead of NXT tapings this week.
The latest episode of the black and silver brand emanated from St. Louis, Missouri, on October 8, 2024. Mike Johnson of PWInsider has reported an inappropriate incident that happened last night. A male fan allegedly tried capturing photos of female stars' feet as they walked through the hotel. He was ejected from the building twice for the act.

Instances when WWE fans attacked wrestlers at shows
As noted above, fans can sometimes cross lines they aren't meant to breach. There have been incidents when people from the crowd unexpectedly attacked wrestlers.
When Bret "The Hitman" Hart was delivering a speech during The Hart Foundation's induction into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2019, he was ambushed by a person who emerged from the crowd. The attacker ran into the squared circle to tackle the legend. Several wrestlers stepped in to help Bret Hart.
Seth Rollins fell victim to a similar incident on an episode of WWE RAW in 2021. The Visionary was walking towards the stage when a crowd member jumped out to attack him. The former Shield member held the attacker in a headlock before referees and security officials intervened to eject the assaulter from the scene.
Thankfully, such incidents are rare, and the company has a great security team to take care of such misbehavior.
