As the RAW episode of February, 2016 was going off air, the entire WWE roster, along with the Chairman was at stage for Daniel Bryan’s retirement celebration. During that segment, Titus O’Neil had an alteration with Vince McMahon, which was termed as “playful, physical”. This behavior was disliked by the Chairman and he decided to ban the former tag team champion for 90 days.

Amidst social media protests, Titus’s ban was shortened to 60 days. Last week, his suspension from WWE was officially over and he will be able to return to in-ring competition again.Wrestlinginc.com has reported that, rumors indicate that Titus O’Neil will be back to work for the company at the 25th April RAW in Hartford, CT. O’Neil is scheduled to be backstage during the event, whether he will wrestle that night or not is yet to be confirmed.
Since his main roster debut in April, 2012, Titus has mainly featured in tag matches. Titus and Darren Young, known as the Prime Time Players, won WWE Tag Team Championship by defeating the New Day at the Money in the Bank (2015) pay-per-view. With the team being disbanded, it will be interesting to find out how he bounces back to title picture after his return.
