#4. Seth Rollins vs. Bryan Danielson
Seth Rollins has stood opposite Bryan Danielson inside a WWE ring on multiple occasions. While they never had a major one-on-one feud, they often found themselves at odds during Bryan's feud with the Authority.
They are both supremely talented with the ability to craft unique stories in the ring. The heelwork that Rollins produces is the perfect nemesis for the babyface work of The American Dragon.

Character work aside, both are capable of delivering instant classics on demand. Since arriving in AEW, Bryan has worked stellar matches. H's no longer restricted by the sports entertainment style of WWE.
Rollins vs. Danielson was good in WWE but, with the chains off, the imagination runs wild.
#3. Seth Rollins vs. Kazuchika Okada
It wouldn't be a list of supreme wrestlers without Kazuchika Okada of New Japan Pro Wrestling.
While NJPW rarely books bad matches, it's at the top of their card you find the gold standard of professional wrestling. Names like Hiroshi Tanahashi, Tetsuya Naito, and Shingo Takagi could easily cut perfect opponents for Rollins. But Okada lays claim to the most lucrative clash Seth Rollins can ever find himself in.
You only need to look at Okada's matches with Kenny Omega as evidence of his excellent work rate and in-ring character. Okada is capable of unlocking his opponent's true potential.
Similarly, Rollins has been a cornerstone of WWE programming for over half a decade, building layered characters that translate excellently in his contests. He puts his heart and soul into his work, as evident from his portfolio of previous feuds.
Given the chance to work with greater intensity and freedom, Seth Rollins may be the best Gaijin opponent for The Rainmaker.
