The latest episode of WWE RAW saw Seth Rollins and CM Punk come face-to-face, and The Visionary expressed his desire to face The Best in the World. However, the 46-year-old declined Rollins’ offer. The heated argument between the two soon turned into a fistfight, with both stars landing some significant shots at one another before Jey and Sami Zayn intervened to stop the brawl.

Upset, Rollins took shots at Sami and Jey Uso for helping Roman Reigns and teaming up with Punk. In return, Zayn told Rollins he never wanted The Best in the World; instead, he wanted Seth to be their final member for the same. Zayn reminded the Visionary that he offered him the opportunity twice, but the latter refused, leaving them with no other option. The Honorary Uce sensed the wrath inside the former Heavyweight Champion and challenged him to a singles match to empty his rage tank with a fight.

Following all the chaos, Seth Rollins could hold Roman Reigns responsible for creating a rift between him and his friends, who began doubting him. He could recreate The Shield with Kevin Owens, who has been feuding against Cody Rhodes for aligning himself with Reigns, and Drew McIntyre, who took out members of OG Bloodline and also shares mutual hatred for CM Punk.

Rollins’ new The Shield could target Roman Reigns, with The Visionary aiming to destroy the monster he created in the form of The Original Tribal Chief. If The Rock faces Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 41, Rollins could be the best fit as Reigns’ opponent for The Showcase of the Immortals next year.

While speaking on the latest episode of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of Raw, former WWE head writer Vince Russo slammed Seth Rollins for not selling moves, and praised Damian Priest for selling shoulder damage during his match against Gunther and calling their match at Survivor Series 2024 a “clinic.”

“The Gunther-Priest match at Survivor Series was a clinic. Clinic. I hope you guys understand why I always have so many issues with Seth Rollins now. Because Seth Rollins sells something, and in two minutes, he’s doing 12 high spots in a row, and then he goes back to selling. Bro, Damian Priest sold that shoulder for the entire match.
