WWE held a kickoff show today at its headquarters in Stamford for RAW's move to Netflix. The red brand will debut on the streaming platform on January 6, 2025. Several matches, including CM Punk versus Seth Rollins, have been announced for the show next month.

Several major stars appeared during the Kickoff Show today, and Logan Paul announced that he would be moving from SmackDown to RAW once the brand debuts on Netflix next month. However, some things happened during the show today that flew under the radar.

#4. Seth Rollins used WWE legend John Cena's line/ referenced Triple H

CM Punk and Seth Rollins are scheduled to battle on the debut episode of WWE RAW on Netflix next month. The two stars had an altercation during the Kickoff Show today, and their confrontation got physical.

Rollins and Punk shoved each other before they were separated. Following the altercation, The Visionary shouted, "My time is now!" a line often used by WWE legend John Cena. Triple H also used to come down to the ring with the "My Time" entrance music.

#3. Michael Cole referenced AJ Lee

Former WWE Superstar AJ Lee was mentioned during today's RAW on Netflix Kickoff show. Lee is married to CM Punk and has not competed in a match for the company since 2015.

During the Kickoff Show today, Cole introduced CM Punk ahead of his match against Seth Rollins next month on Netflix. The legendary announcer introduced Punk as The Second City Saint, one of the most controversial men in sports entertainment and the husband of AJ Lee.

#2. Logan Paul has his sights on the World Heavyweight Championship

Logan Paul made a surprise appearance during the RAW on Netflix Kickoff show today and revealed that he was moving from SmackDown to the red brand. The Maverick has not wrestled since he lost the United States Championship to LA Knight at SummerSlam earlier this year.

During his promo today, Paul noted that stars such as Mike Tyson and Conor McGregor wanted to fight him. The 29-year-old also made it known that he was coming after the World Heavyweight Championship.

World Heavyweight Champion Gunther made an appearance during the Kickoff Show today at WWE Headquarters. The Ring General defeated Finn Balor and Damian Priest in a Triple Threat match at Saturday Night's Main Event to retain the title.

Gunther responded to Logan Paul's comments on the Kickoff Show and revealed he was not concerned about the popular YouTuber coming after his title. The Leader of Imperium stated that if Paul ever gets the opportunity to challenge him for the World Heavyweight Championship, it would be his pleasure to "smack that stupid smirk" off his face.
