Rhea Ripley has been absent from WWE programming since mid-April of this year. The Eradicator relinquished the Women's World Championship after suffering an injury during a backstage altercation with Liv Morgan.
In that time, Morgan has claimed the title that Ripley had to vacate. The new champion has also weaseled her way into The Judgment Day's business, yielding both positive and negative results.
The former champion's injury won't keep her out of action for very long. She'll likely go after the title when she is ready but has other things that might need her attention first.
When Rhea Ripley returns to WWE, she must do the following four things:
New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE
#4. An official face turn should be on the table
While she already elicits cheers from the WWE Universe, Rhea Ripley is still technically a heel. She runs with a group of villains who terrorize the rest of the RAW roster.
Her arrogance and relationship with Dominik Mysterio have kept her on the thin line between heel and face. When she is ready for a return to action, she needs to officially turn face. Morgan is still a heel and Becky Lynch's absence has taken away the top face of RAW.
Filling that void would match the cheers she already gets from the fans. The dynamics have changed since she left and becoming a hero would shore things up in the women's division.
#3. Rhea Ripley must decide what to do with Dominik Mysterio
Dominik Mysterio has tried to push away the advances of Morgan but she keeps on coming. He made a huge mistake by claiming that he spoke with Rhea about his issues with the new Women's World Champion.
It seems like Dirty Dom is trying to stay loyal to his Mami despite his occasional wavering on screen. Carlito and Finn Balor have been more interested in her offers, while Damian Priest has tried multiple times to end the shenanigans.
When Rhea Ripley comes back, she needs to either put Dom in his place, cut bait, or ask him what he really wants. He'll be the heel in any situation, but she must address his actions while she's been out injured.
#2. Deal with Liv Morgan
Dealing with Dominik Mysterio isn't the only dirty deed that Mami must sort out upon her return. Morgan got revenge on Rhea for injuring her last summer but she's continued on her Revenge Tour even after returning the favor.
Liv first injured her rival and then took the title thanks to interference from Dominik. Morgan's attention has shifted to corrupting Dom and by extension, the rest of the Judgment Day.
The easiest way to end Morgan's meddling would be to eradicate her. That could mean a kayfabe injury or getting her to move to SmackDown. Whatever Ripley does, Morgan's fate should be one of her top priorities.
#1. Bring The Judgment Day together
The Judgment Day's house was in order when Rhea Ripley departed to deal with her injury. The group at the time was still together and riding high on the heels of Priest's huge title cash-in at WrestleMania 40.
Since then, however, the group has been in shambles. They can't keep Morgan out of their business and other stars like Rey Mysterio, the LWO, Braun Strowman, and others have made dents in the once-dominant stranglehold of the faction over RAW.
Finn Balor and Damian Priest have been the stars most at odds and the latter has been getting tired of Dominik's juvenile antics. Rhea Ripley needs to repair the fractures that have emerged in her family since her departure. If not, it could lead to a schism in RAW's supposed top faction.
