Kevin Owens is touted to be the face of Monday Night Raw, but the booking that WWE gives him suggests an entirely different story. Owens went in the mid card of Hell in a Cell, and as champion, though he was expected to come out second, Owens came out first.
To make matters worse, Owens needed plenty of help from Jericho to win the match.
The last part was a classic heel tactic, so complaining about the same would be pointless although it had an effect on the overall booking. With the win, Owens keeps his place, but the manner of his victory prevents him from making progress.
