During the latest episode of WWE SmackDown, Solo Sikoa and the new Bloodline revealed the fifth member of their team for the WarGames match at Survivor Series. In a shocking turn of events, Bronson Reed aligned himself with Solo.
He made a huge statement by destroying Roman Reigns during the show. However, this alliance may not be a long-term arrangement. There is a possibility that Solo Sikoa could kick Reed out of the new Bloodline if the team ends up losing at Survivor Series.
Bronson Reed has been on a path of destruction on Monday Night RAW. His recent feud with Seth Rollins has established him as a serious threat. Hence, recruiting the former NXT North American Champion was a brilliant move by Solo.
However, if the new Bloodline loses at Survivor Series despite Reed's presence on the team, Solo may remove him from the group, believing he is no longer needed in the family business. This would allow Reed to return to his other feuds on RAW following the Survivor Series Premium Live Event.
Bronson Reed joining the new Bloodline could break him, according to former WWE Manager
Bronson Reed is currently enjoying the best run of his career. He recently shocked the world on the latest episode of SmackDown by aligning himself with the new Bloodline.
Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's SmackTalk, former WWE manager Dutch Mantell shared his thoughts on Reed joining Solo Sikoa's team. Mantell noted that this is a significant opportunity for Reed that could either make or break him. He warned that if WWE doesn’t do something special with the 36-year-old star, he might end up just blending in with the rest of the group, which could hurt his current momentum.
"It is a big spot. It can make him, or at the same time, it could break him. Unless they put him there and do something with him, he’s just gonna blend in with the rest of them. He’s a big, impressive-looking guy... but sometimes guys get put in the wrong position... They think they are advancing him, but he’s with some big, bad** guys anyway. What can he do that is so much better than what they can do that's gonna set him apart? That’s the only drawback I got with it," Mantell said.
It will be interesting to see what WWE has planned for "Big" Bronson Reed moving forward.
